Ordering / Shipping
Since we are a custom fabricator all orders must be received in writing via mail, Fax or the internet with 100% prepayment.
Ferro Designs normally manufactures each item as it is ordered. Therefore most orders are normally shipped within in 10-15
business days (2 to 3 weeks).
USA - Contiguous States
Orders are normally shipped via USPS or UPS. Currently we do not ship to foreign countries or U.S. Territories.
For all rods there is a handling charge flat fee of $8.00 for one or more rods per order, in addition to the following:

Warranty and Return Policy
Seller is not liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. User assumes all risk and liability.
Since we are a custom fabricator, only goods that are damaged in transit or items not matching the written order will be exchanged for the same or correct item.
Please make sure that your measurements are correct before ordering. Due to the hand crafted nature of our products slight variations are expected and are not considered defects. Some variation in the patina finish coloration can be expected from part to part and order to order.
We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of shipment with intent to return merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued from our customer service personnel. The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the return package.
The merchandise must be returned within 10 days upon receipt of the authorization, in original condition and packaged correctly.
