At order placement, the customer accepts our Terms and Conditions, which may change without prior notice.
We do not extend terms. Credit Card information is required at the time of order. Charges will not be processed until the day before shipping and orders cannot be processed or packed without payment information. Prepayment must include any shipping charges.
Prices shown are Retail. Trade Account prices require registration (with a valid Sales and Use Tax ID Number and certificate). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Most of our products are made with antique, vintage or architectural elements and are hand-crafted. Because of this there are inherent variations that are considered part of the uniqueness and desirability of the products. You should expect some variation in color, texture and finish. If lighting is desired in matched sets, they should be ordered at the same time and we will make every effort to match finishes.
We carefully inspect and pack your order before consigning to the shipper. Notify us within 7 days to report any damage or shortage. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt; we will not be responsible after that.
If your order ships by LTL FREIGHT, all damages MUST BE NOTED on the bill of lading (BOL). Failure to note visible packaging damage on the BOL will result in your loss.
If you see any damage to the packaging upon receipt, please photograph and save the carton and packing material for possible inspection by the carrier. Photographs of any product damage will be required to validate a damage claim and determine the best course of action to solve the issue.
All returns must be authorized in writing and in advance by Ferro Designs LLC. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 4 weeks of delivery. Credit will be issued only for products returned in their original condition. Lamp shades must be in their original plastic wrapping. Refused shipments and any returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Please pack the merchandise for return in its original packaging. Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please include a note with your name, return address, phone number and/or email address that says what you are returning and what you would like; exchange or credit.
Special orders and sale items may not be returned or exchanged for store credit.

Ferro Designs LLC warrants the electrical parts of lighting products to be free of defect for one year from the date of purchase.

Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ferro Designs LLC and its officers, directors, managers, shareholders, members, partners, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors (collectively, “Indemnified Party”) against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses of enforcing any right to indemnification incurred by Indemnified Party, relating to or resulting from any claim of a third party arising out of or occurring in connection with (1) Customer’s negligence or willful misconduct or (2) breach of these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation.
